MUF Analytical Center

The Analytical Center of the Moscow Urban Forum was launched by the decision of the Mayor of Moscow in 2020 to prepare its own research in the field of urban planning, architecture, economics and strategic development of the city.
The MUF team has extensive experience in advising on spatial development, solving research problems, and participating in the development of products at various stages. Our team consists of consultants who specialize in city economics, spatial analytics, concept development and verification at expert events, support of investment projects, and development of spatial intervention programs.

The MUF Analytical Centre delivered report about Urban Health workshop with GSU students (Vysokovsky Graduate School of Urbanism, Higher School of Economics). Participants shared their knowledge about various Urban Health aspects and factors influencing citizens' well-being through a series of brief articles published online on our web-site (Russian only, section "Библиотека").

As part of the 2019 Moscow Urban Forum (MUF), Moscow hosted its first international event on Urban Health. The event was preceded by a major study of Urban Health conducted by the MUF in coordination with the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor). The study analyzed the practices and implementation of Urban Health approaches within the world's most developed megacities.
